6 Vital Tips for Empaths and Sensitive Individuals

Being sensitive is a superpower, but it can also be a curse.

We must learn how to wield our power. The truth is, takes a lot of study. It takes what we refer to as "Sacred Discipline". Below are tips for you to live as an empathetic badass!

  1. Be alone in nature and practice feeling what your own energy feels like without another person's influence.

  2. Spend time with your bare feet on the earth and connect with your "womb space" aka hara or lower dantian. This is a powerful energetic center in your body that helps you ground and center. Practice feeling the central channel of energy the runs from your root chakra to your crown chakra.

  3. Practice feeling your energy bubble /light globe/energy field around you. Feel how big or small it is, practice visualizing it. Play with making it bigger or smaller.

  4. When you feel "off", dance or shake your body to release dense or stagnant energy or energy that you have picked up from others, from your body.

  5. Every night take care of your energetic hygiene to cleanse yourself of energy you may have picked up throughout the day. You can do this through meditation, breathwork, a herbal bath ritual, or clapping the space around you and sweeping the energy of your body with your hands.

  6. Make the time to study your energy, become super body-conscious. Understand how food impacts you. Understand how people, places, and activities impact you. Feel where you are storing all traumas in your body AND DO THE HEALING WORK because those traumas act as open portals attracting energy that vibrates at a similar frequency. Ultimately, your old wounds become magnets for other people's shit to enter into your space. If you are not mindful, you could be chronically re-traumatizing yourself.
