Mona is defined by her curiosity. As a serial entrepreneur, artist, real-estate investor, and life coach, she constantly looks for ways to grow as an individual and to be useful wherever it is that she happens to find herself in the world. An avid traveler and multi-lingual digital nomad, she has lived in ten different countries. After almost a decade working in different industries like tech, television, finance, and food manufacturing, Mona received her coaching certification five years ago and founded Namasme. 

As a certified Life Coach, ELI-MP, and Neuro-linguistic Programing practitioner Mona complements her coaching practice with an open mind, sharp intuition, a no BS attitude, and a true passion for personal development. She has spent the last 5 years working with hundreds of individuals to create better-feeling lives by helping them align with their true selves and a clear vision for their future. From Olympic athletes, Hollywood entertainers and New York lawyers to expat spouses in Asia, European royalty and environmental activists in Latin America, Mona has worked with people from diverse backgrounds and from all walks of life. She has been featured in publications the likes of The Washington Post and Teen Vogue and was selected by the Obama Administration as a leading change maker in the fight towards gender equality.

Mona currently resides in Los Angeles while working on finishing her latest book and recording a new EP.
