How to approach your ritual:
On the next full moon, reserve 1 hour of alone time.
Find a quiet place either outside in the moonlight or at home.
Light candles or have a fire.
Have tea, chocolate, a journal, and pen with you
Have a beautiful song cued up and ready to play after the ritual is done (dancing helps to integrate it.
Celebrate the work you did by treating yourself to something nourishing or fun!
