A deeper level of leadership.
Sacred Facilitator is not an entry level course.
It’s a profound journey into the Self where you’ll clear out what is keeping you stuck, encounter more of your spiritual gifts and purpose, discover how to hold deeper & more transformative space for others, and explore the art and essence of what it takes to go from a “good” leader to a Sacred Leader.
You’ll examine the depths and practicalities of powerful facilitation, ancestral lineage healing, rites, rituals, trauma-informed modalities, ancient knowledge, patriarchal deconditioning, the healing of feminine wounds, visionary dream weaving, and more.
Over the course of 13 carefully crafted weeks with teachings from elders and wisdom carries, and sisterhood practice community you will begin activating a new untapped level of your facilitation potential.
This training requires an awareness of leadership and previous facilitation is required so we can ensure the integrity of this container.
If you currently leading women’s circles, a coach, teach yoga, hold workshops and/or are an active leader in your community - this is for you.
What Does It Mean To Be A Sacred Facilitator?
At Global Sisterhood, we believe our world is yearning for a new style of leadership.
A style that is feminine, holistic, ancient, and emergent which requires a level of authenticity and embodiment that only come from a deep understanding of self. An initiation like this is not offered in your average training.
This training is a rite of passage into transformational facilitation and ceremonial work.
It goes beyond the basics of holding space and unlocks a level of learning from wisdom carriers and feminine leaders who know how to integrate healing work and ritual work with modern-day facilitation.

Not everyone has the training, skill, and level of awareness to lead others through deep trauma, ancestral, and healing work. This deep dive course is everything you wish you had (but maybe weren’t ready for) when you first stepped on the path of the healer and guide. It goes beyond the surface, beyond face value. It requires depth, and all of you.

✓ You’re ready to go through your own awakening and initiation so that you can show up more authentically and vulnerably with the people in your life.
✓ You can hold space for people’s sexual trauma, family trauma, and more without feeling like you have to “fix” or “heal” them.
✓ You can (or are ready to) forgive those who have hurt you and see your role and the greater picture in how your experiences have brought you to this moment in time.
✓ You’re ready to grow your leadership skills and provide experiences for others that birth a new paradigm and world.
Sacred Facilitator is not for you if:
✗ You’re looking for a Guru/Teacher/Leader that’s outside yourself and can show you the way.
✗ You’re triggered easily by other people’s trauma. This is a sign you have work to do, and that’s okay sister. However, this training is next level and requires you to separate yourself from other people’s wounds and not take them on as your own.
✗ You’re not ready to heal from your wounds and blame others for what you’ve gone through. In order to facilitate and hold space for others, forgiving yourself and others is key.
✗ You’re in the business of competing with other women. We believe in celebrating each other, not competing. If you’re not open and willing to celebrate other sisters’ success, this course isn’t a fit for you.
✗ Your feminine trauma wounds are still very activated. For example: You are angry at men and want to dismantle the patriarchy through shaming and blaming, you are not ready (yet) for this program.
✗ You’re uncomfortable by conversations around God/Spirit/Universe
✗ You’re triggered by conversations around the oppressed and dominated groups (we will be bringing in experts on these topics to navigate you through this)

LAUREN ELIZABETH WALSH
The generational trauma I inherited and the things I experienced when I was young, nearly broke me. In my early 20’s, I sought healing when religion and conventional therapy couldn’t break my destructive cycle. Through divine intervention, I found what I was seeking through earth-based wisdom, ritual, and the Great Mother.
Through deep rites of passage and initiation, I experienced a death and rebirth. I have been walking a path of sacred service every since. I am a trauma-informed women’s wisdom coach, space holder for thousands of women worldwide, facilitator and guide. Through Global Sisterhood and beyond I have designed and guided transformational experiences for the past 14 years.
Tired of superficial spiritual offerings and new age programs that lack the essence of our ancestors and the earth - We have created Sacred Facilitator Training. Everything we’ve learned from our teachers, earned from our ancestors and Gaia are woven into this offering with guest appearances from our teachers along the path.
This training is a reflection of my healing and facilitating journey. It exists because millions of women like me are waking up, doing our inner work, and cultivating sisterhood. It exists because of these women… and because of you.
SHAINA MICHELE CONNERS
I lived a life and career that I “thought” was the right one…
Really, I was trying to get straight A’s in my life.
Getting the money, career, boyfriend and so-called “dream life”, didn’t quite cut it… Partially because myself and the world had so much healing to do… and I felt that unless I did something about it, who would?
Now, I’m the mystical-systems-poet behind the Global Sisterhood. This is a space where we gather together and take off our masks. Here, we get real, heal, and become the leaders and teachers of a balanced and just world.
I practice many modalities and have been steeped in the teachings of Yoga, Ayurveda, Yawanawa, Kundalini, Vajrayāna Buddhism, Gnostic Christianity, Judiasm, Plants, Authentic Relating, SRF, Non-Violent Communication among several others. I often spend my time seeing the through-lines through all great wisdom traditions and bring a sense of unity to the messages that lie within.

Grandmother Flordemayo
Flordemayo was born and grew up in the highlands of Central America in a family of healer Mayan healers and raised by her mother a midwife. She travels the globe to share her healings and to foster a more spiritual understanding among humanity. She founded The Path Inc., at 501(c)3 an organization dedicated to the conservation and preservation of heirloom and heritage seeds. She is a regular contributor of workshops to The Shift Network.
Yeye Luisah Teish
Yeye Luisah Teish is a teacher, dancer, storyteller, and high priestess. She also is an author, most notably of Jambalaya: The Natural Woman's Book of Personal Charms and Practical Rituals. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, her father was an African Methodist Episcopal and her mother was a Catholic, of Haitian, French, and Choctaw heritage. Yeye Teish is an Iyanifa and Oshun chief in Yoruba tradition. Yeye Teish is one of the most well known Yoruba priestesses worldwide, who is celebrated internationally in Goddess circles as a writer and ritual-maker. She quite literally a legendary woman of great character and exceeding positive impact for this generation and all time.
Betty Kovacs
As Western culture struggles with its addiction to a tragically limited and negative worldview, evidence of our shaman-mystic-scientist past, persistently repressed by Church and State, is emerging with the blueprint for our evolution. This blueprint is revealed in the heart wisdom of the mystic and the new science of quantum physics. Its message is clear: we are immortal, divine, and creative. This sacred tradition has survived underground and has been the source for every major creative awakening in Western history. It is this wisdom of the heart on which our survival now depends. Torie Feldman
Torie is the founder of Sacred Ancestry, she is an Ancestral Healing Guide and Women's Spiritual Mentor. She guides women through ancestral connection practices to heal their lineages so they can embody the wisdom of their ancestors and tap into their unique feminine magic.

Quanita Roberson
Quanita is a shaman, spiritual teacher, speaker, author, life coach, and storyteller. Her work over the past 20 years has been focused on the areas of healing, initiation, grief, leadership, diversity, and inclusion. She’s the founder of Nzuzu Consulting and co-founder of Fire & Water: A 16-month Leadership Journey and Rite of Passage Cohort.

Dr Nicole Gruel
Dr. Nicole Gruel has a PhD in Integral and Transpersonal Psychology. She's a past Board Member of IANDS (International Association for Near Death Studies), Co-Founder of IANDS Sharing Groups Online, Mentor for Life Coaches at ACISTE (American Centre for the Integration of Spiritually Transformative Experiences), Gifts Compass™ Advisor and Training Facilitator, past NSW/ACT President of the Australian Association of Psychological Type (AusAPT), certified Counsellor, and certified Life Coach with Strategic Intervention and ACISTE. She has also trained in various healing, movement, and energy psychology modalities.

Here’s What You’ll Receive As A Sacred Facilitator
Your Sacred Facilitator journey is designed to be just that, a journey. Over the course of 13 weeks, you’ll experience 7 very different modules that’ll focus on various topics, curriculum, and pillars to give you all of the foundations for stepping into your most sacred self. This includes live weekly calls, audio meditations, transformational rituals, video lessons and group work.
Live Weekly Calls
A weekly live call with the entire cohort of facilitators where we will be teaching with room for questions and feedback. We will also be bringing on guest teachers to speak about different topics.
Private Sacred Facilitator Group
A private online group to connect (not Facebook) with the other sisters along the way. Plus, access to Lauren, Shaina and the other Global Sisterhood guides who are there to support you and answer your questions.
Sacred Facilitator Certification
You will be granted a certification that you have completed Global Sisterhood’s advanced level two training. This will also open a way forward to facilitate amongst the GS community.

We’ve designed each module to be between 1 - 3 weeks, depending on the topic and the depth that we will explore. + Do I have to be a Global Sisterhood Circle Initiation Graduate to Attend?
No. For anyone who is a leader or teacher and has gone through another training, we’ll be giving you access to a short module that gets you up to speed with how our circles work. Basically, you’ll be taking a mini crash course of Circle Initiation at no extra cost!
+ How does the 13 week training work?
Over the course of the training, you’ll have access to our Global Sisterhood Teachable account where all of the videos, modules, and curriculum live. We encourage you to attend the live trainings and guest speakers, however, if you cannot attend live you’ll get access to everything inside of Teachable.
+ I’m new to teaching or facilitating, can I sign-up?
Because the nature of this training is more like a “Level 2 Training”, we’re asking that only teachers, circle facilitators, leaders, etc. sign-up. If you’re unsure if that’s you - email us at support@globalsisterhood.org and we’ll let you know!
+I’m already teaching and leading others, how will this help me?
Sacred Facilitation will give you more tools and skills to take your leading to the next level. You will be trained in Rites of Passage, Ceremonial Work, the nature of trauma, and have a higher perspective of what’s happening in the world right now and how you can support. Going through this Sacred Facilitation will open intense healing passages for you, transformative experiences, and open expansive new views of reality. As a Global Sisterhood we are here to support you during this process, but to also allow you to open up to the guiding inner-voice within each of us.
Global Sisterhood is a movement centered around transformation. We are about going deep, doing healing work, and transforming cultural, familial, and societal wounding so we can rise as new paradigm leaders inspiring growth and awakening wherever we go.
+What’s the call schedule like?
Live calls will take place every Wednesday at 1PM New York Time. All of the calls will be recorded and uploaded directly after. You don’t have to attend live, but we do encourage it! You have a unique energy to offer the group, and being on the calls live adds a special element to the container.
+Will I get a certification once I’m done?
When you finish the program you will turn in a “final project”. Once the final project has been sent, we will issue you your certification.
Do I have to participate in my sister pod?
Yes. Your sister pod is designed to be your support system throughout the course. We ask that you fully participate in your pod and show up.
